American National Toys, a division of the American National Company founded in the early 20th century in Toledo, Ohio, produced high-quality pedal cars, bicycles, and ride-on toys. They were a leading manufacturer from the 1910s through the 1940s. The company declined post-WWII due to competition and changing markets, eventually ceasing toy production.
